Shipping

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.  We ship Monday - Friday.  Orders are ready to ship within 2 - 3 business days.  However, it may take longer depending on volume.   Note:  Due to vendor inventory shortage, orders and mail deliveries may be delayed.  

 

All orders are shipped via USPS.  Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items purchased and the distance the package must travel to reach its destination.  You will receive an estimate by placing items in your cart and entering your shipping address.   A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped.

TuChe' LaRue is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.   Normally, customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.   However, due to COVID-19, TuChe' LaRue will not be accepting returns or exchanges.

Return to Sender:

If your package is returned, buyer is responsible for purchasing new shipping label.  This generally happens when an incorrect/invalid mailing address is entered during checkout.  TuChe' LaRue is not responsible for mailing address inaccuracies or shipping inaccuracies caused by USPS.
